The Josef and Christine Roman (JCR) Imagine Program offers community-based, individualized services and supports which focus on vocational, habilitation and recreational opportunities for adults over the age of 16 years who have Autism Spectrum Disorder.

We have been using Deepwood Industries since 2018. When we had difficulty filling our bus detailer and office cleaning positions, Deepwood Industries responded competitively to our RFP and have been partners ever since. Deepwood Industry employees are reliable and easily adapt to our Laketran culture. We appreciate the work ethic of their employees and the oversight provided by job coaches, which has reduced our turnover. All of this contributes to our efficiency as a government agency and ability to better serve the Lake County community.
